Fireplace Door Sealing Joints Replacement KIT
Every 2 or 3 years, it is essential to replace the sealant joints of the door and the glass at the fireplace or stove door. The Kit contains:
- 1 Joint of 8 mm thickness and length of 4 m, for the door.
- 1 Joint of 4 mm thickness and length of 2.5 m ,for the glass.
- 1 Tube with glue.
- 1 Joint of 8 mm thickness and length of 4 m, for the door.
- 1 Joint of 4 mm thickness and length of 2.5 m ,for the glass.
- 1 Tube with glue.

Description
Before replacing the joint use gloves and a mask.
Use Instructions:
- Remove the old joint. With a clean and smooth tool - a screwdriver ex., rub and remove any objects from the glue or the joint that might have remained in the channel of the door.
- Apply equally a layer of glue, all over the channel of the door.
- Start from a corner of the door and start without stretching, the new joint. When you reach the starting point cut the rope with scissors.
- Close the door and keep it closed for at least 12 hours.
- To replace the 4 mm cord of the door crystal, remove the glass and repeat step 1. Then apply similar drops of glue to diffirent places of the channel path. Insert the joint and cut off the excess witha pair of scissors. Wait for 5 minutes and then place the glass on the door and screw.
This Replacement KIT is suitable for all fireplaces or stoves that use 8 mm door sealing gasket.
